Welcome to Bridge-IT

Welcome to our website,

Bridge-IT is a thematic networked, co-financed by the European Commission. It is about Migrants, ethnic minorities and Information and communication technologies in Europe. By this we mean:

  • How can ICTs can lead toward social integration?
  • How can migrants and ethnic minorities take advantage of ICTs in their daily life, through education, for their participation and integration in the labour market, and their involvement in civil society?
  • How can institutions across Europe debate and exchange over good practices in these fields?
  • and much more.....

You will find all the details of the project, its partners and objectives, as well as a database of good practices and ressources we hope valuable for you. A second edition of the booklet on good practices and lessons learned will soon be available.

The network organized three transnational seminars over the future guidelines on Civil society, Education, Labour Market (see more details on the leftside menu). You will find all the information related to these events in "The seminars".
